This is a simple way to make a delicious flavoursome steak dish at home.
4 fillet steaks (250g)
salt and pepper
a little oil
Le Skinny Chef Wasabi Dip
PREPARATION & COOKING
Place the steaks on a plate and rub a little oil on them and season with salt and pepper.
Place a pan on the hob and let it get reasonably hot. Sear your steaks on both sides and cook to your liking : 4 mins for rare | 8 minutes for medium | 14 minutes or more for well done.
Serve immediately accompanied with the Le Skinny Chef Wasabi Dip. This is also delicious served with roast potatoes.
