Pan Sauteed Chicken With Wasabi

This is a simple way to make a delicious chicken dish at home.

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 chicken breasts, sliced into 5mm strips

  • 3 tbsp Le Skinny Chef Wasabi Dip

PREPARATION & COOKING

  1. Marinate the chicken in the wasabi dip.

  2. Preheat a frying pan until it's very hot.

  3. Sear the chicken and then cook gently for 4-5 mins.

  4. Serve with a side of your choice - egg noodles, vegetable noodles or rice.

This dish can also be made with beef, pork, lamb, fish or seafood.
