Bake fillet of Hake with delicious pesto crust by le skinny chef

Ingredients :

420 gr of Hake fillet free from bones , skin on

2 large table spoons of le skinny chef wild garlic pesto

2 large table spoons of le skinny chef red pesto

2 large mushrooms

1 table spoon of vegetables oil to your choice

*Preparation time 2 minutes/ cooking time 10-15 depending the nature of the fish and thickness

*Preheat your oven at 185 c

* In an oven proof dish or frying pan place 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil,

* Make sure your fish is bones free , dry and skin left on

* Place the fish skin side down on the oiled oven tray ,then spread one large table spoon of red pesto to one side and spread one large table spoon of green pesto on the other side,slice a medium size mushroom and place it across were the two pesto meets(see photo)

* Bake in the oven at 185c for 10-15 minutes depending of the nature of the fish and its thickness * serving , take care removing it from the oven dish with a large fish slicer so the dish do not fall apart !

*delicious with any pasta ,rices , vegetables , potatoes ,

*Except from the unique flavor and texture developed in cooking, an other enjoyable part of this simple fish dish is that it only takes minutes to prepare , its healthy and ..............there is no dishes to clean up ;)
