Baked fillet of Salmon with Le Skinny Chef Wild Garlic Pesto spread & Peppers

Bake fillet of Salmon with delicious pesto crust by le skinny chef
Ingredients :
420 gr of salmon fillet free from bones , skin on
2 large table spoons of le skinny chef wild garlic pesto
3 table spoon of diced mixed peppers
1 table spoon of vegetables oil to your choice
*Preparation time 2 minutes/ cooking time 18 minute depending on the fish fillet thickness
*Preheat your oven at 180 c
* In an oven proof dish or oven proof frying pan place 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil,
* Make sure your fish is bones free , dry and skin left on
* Place the fish skin side down , apply one large table spoon of Wild Pesto spread evenly covering the all fish fillet flesh , add the diced peppers, season with a little salt and pepper
and Bake in the oven at 180c for 18 minutes depending on fish thickness
