Pan Fried Fillet Steak With Wasabi Dip


This is a simple way to make a delicious flavoursome steak dish at home.

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 fillet steaks (250g)

  • salt and pepper

  • a little oil

  • Le Skinny Chef Wasabi Dip

 

PREPARATION & COOKING

  1. Place the steaks on a plate and rub a little oil on them and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Place a pan on the hob and let it get reasonably hot. Sear your steaks on both sides and cook to your liking : 4 mins for rare | 8 minutes for medium | 14 minutes or more for well done.

  3. Serve immediately accompanied with the Le Skinny Chef Wasabi Dip. This is also delicious served with roast potatoes.
