A super tasty and simple to make dish. A perfect accompaniment for roast lamb, beed, chicken or fish.
4 medium potatoes, peeled
3 tbsp Le Skinny Chef Wild Garlic Pesto
3 tbsp light cream
salt and pepper
PREPARATION & COOKING
Slice the potatoes into about 3mm thick slices.
In a mixing bowl, mix the wild garlic pesto and light cream and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add the sliced potatoes and mix well.
Please into a shallow ovenproof dish and bake in a 190 deg C preheated oven for 25-30 mins or until tender.
Serve and enjoy.
