Goats Cheese Bruschetta

To cook a bruschetta of Goats cheese for 2 pers you will need the following:


  • 1 X 30cm french bread roll ​cut length ways

  • 1 mini goats cheese log, sliced thinly

  • Provencale tomato sauce

  • 4tbsp of freshly made Le Skinny Chef Spreadable Wild Garlic Pesto

  • A few sprinkles of fresh thyme or rosemary



  1. Preheat the oven at 180 deg C

  2. Place the halved breads roll on a tray in oven them oven blast them for about 5 minutes.

  3. Then spread 2 tablespoons of provencale sauce and 2 tablespoons of pesto on each bread roll.

  4. Arrange your goats cheese slices on top and moderately sprinkle some thyme or rosemary and bake in the oven at 190c for 12-15 minutes.

  5. Remove and enjoy!
