Goats Cheese Bruschetta
To cook a bruschetta of Goats cheese for 2 pers you will need the following:
1 X 30cm french bread roll cut length ways
1 mini goats cheese log, sliced thinly
Provencale tomato sauce
4tbsp of freshly made Le Skinny Chef Spreadable Wild Garlic Pesto
A few sprinkles of fresh thyme or rosemary
PREPARATION & COOKING
Preheat the oven at 180 deg C
Place the halved breads roll on a tray in oven them oven blast them for about 5 minutes.
Then spread 2 tablespoons of provencale sauce and 2 tablespoons of pesto on each bread roll.
Arrange your goats cheese slices on top and moderately sprinkle some thyme or rosemary and bake in the oven at 190c for 12-15 minutes.
Remove and enjoy!
